Refund policy

Last updated 11 August 2026

What qualifies for a refund, how the money reaches you, and what to do if you disagree with a decision.

1.When you are entitled to a refund

  • The item never arrived and tracking shows no movement for 10 days
  • The item arrived damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the listing
  • You returned the item within the stated return window and it passed inspection
  • The seller cancelled your order after you had already paid
  • You cancelled before the order was dispatched

2.When a refund may be refused

  • The item has been used, altered, or is missing parts, packaging or free gifts
  • The return request came after the return window closed
  • The product is in an excluded category (see the returns policy)
  • Damage was caused after delivery

3.How refunds are paid

Refunds go back the way the money came in, with one exception: Cash on Delivery orders are refunded to a mobile wallet, because there is no card or account to reverse. We will ask for your bKash or Nagad number when we approve the refund.

4.Partial refunds

If your order had several items and only some are being returned, we refund those items in full plus a proportional share of the delivery charge. Items you keep are not affected.

5.Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, reply to the case on the order page or call 16793. A supervisor reviews disputed cases within two working days, and their decision is communicated in writing.
