1.Delivery times

We ship to all 64 districts. How long it takes depends on where you are, and the clock starts when the seller hands the parcel to the courier — not when you place the order.

• Inside Dhaka city: 1–2 working days
• Dhaka division outside the city (Gazipur, Narayanganj, Narsingdi, Manikganj, Munshiganj): 2–3 working days
• Everywhere else in Bangladesh: 2–5 working days

2.Delivery charges

The charge is set by destination, not by weight, so you know it before you reach checkout.

• Inside Dhaka city: ৳60
• Dhaka division outside the city: ৳90
• Outside Dhaka division: ৳130
• Free delivery on any order over ৳2,000

3.Before your address is known

On the cart page, before you have entered a delivery address, we quote the highest rate (৳130). Once you enter your district at checkout the real charge is applied — so the number can go down, never up.

4.Tracking your parcel

You get an SMS with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched. You can also check any time at https://www.rupaporup.online/track using your order number and the mobile number you ordered with — no account needed.

5.If nobody is home

The courier will call the number on the order before arriving. If they cannot reach you, they will attempt delivery twice more over the following two days. After the third failed attempt the parcel is returned to the seller and the order is cancelled at no cost to you.
